Summer Ball At A Glance

The travel basketball season has come and gone once again and what a successful travel basketball season it was. We had several teams across the state begin their seasons back in late March and early April while concluding their season at the end of July. We had teams across the state that represented well on the Nike, Adidas, and Under Armor shoe circuits while our independent teams did a great job of holding their own on an always competitive independent circuit. In this article, I plan to look back at some of the summer highlights from a player and team perspective as well as what to be on the look out for in the coming months of pre-season high school basketball and the high school season.
