The TN Report All-State Team Selections

The abundance of talent across the state of Tennessee in women's basketball is among the most elite when compared to other regions around the country. In 2018, Tennessee was ranked second in states with the most NCAA DI women's basketball signees, following only Maryland. This level of success and the accomplishments of Tennessee's female athletes deserves recognition and celebration.
In years past, the Associated Press has compiled an "AP All-State Team," with selections made by most of the sportswriters from across the state. This list was traditionally released in late March, or early April. However, this season, for some unknown reason, no All-State team was released by the AP. This circumstance led me to create the first ever TN Report All-State Team for each classification of women's basketball in Tennessee. This All-State team list is based off of what I personally saw throughout the season, what other reputable sources saw throughout the season, as well as individual success matched with team success. Congratulations to the TN Report All-State Team selections!
