Knoxville Location: Knox Catholic  (9245 Fox Lonas Rd. Knoxville, TN)

Cost: $75

Jackson Sessions: All age groups (9 AM-NOON)

Knoxville Session: All age groups (1:00-4:00)

 

Christian Simmons and staff of We Work Hoops will conduct an intense three-hour workout for athletes that are looking for one last workout prior to the start of the basketball season. This workout will feature on-court instruction and drills that will enhance the players ability to understand and play out of game-like situations. Christian is well-known nationally as one of the top basketball trainers in the country and brings years of expertise to East & West TN.

 

This workout will take place at USJ on October 16th and Knox Catholic on October 17th. The cost of the three hour workout will be $75. We will only be taking 50 middle school and 50 high school players in Jackson and only 50 players in Knoxville.
